NOVEMBER SKIES includes two completely different cardigan designs in one easy-to-follow pattern. Both styles share the same unique stitch DNA, so you'll only need to learn one stitch pattern before creating two beautiful garments.

Create a playful short button-up cardigan that's perfect with your favorite pair of jeans, or crochet an elegant longline cardigan with a subtle stitch variation that keeps every row interesting and gives the design its own unique personality.

Although the finished cardigans look wonderfully detailed, they're made using basic crochet stitches and techniques. I've made everything easy to follow with crystal-clear written instructions, a stitch diagram, and plenty of step-by-step pictures.

Whether you're an adventurous beginner or an experienced crocheter looking for a relaxing project, NOVEMBER SKIES is designed to be enjoyable from the very first stitch.

What do you need (and need to know)?

• Basic crochet stitches.
• Medium worsted weight (#4) yarn.

I used:

• AMELA by WIBRA
• ROYAL by ZEEMAN
• But any yarn suitable for Hook H 5mm and I 5,5mm is fine.

Short Cardigan

• Trim: 1 skein of brown yarn (all sizes)
• Gradient yarn:
  • Small: 4 skeins
  • Medium: 4 skeins
  • Large: 5 skeins
  • X-Large: 6 skeins
  • Add approximately 100 g for each additional size.

Long Cardigan

• Small: 5 skeins
• Medium: 6 skeins
• Large: 7 skeins
• X-Large: 8 skeins
• Add 1 extra skein for each additional size.

You'll also need:

• 5.5 mm (US I) crochet hook
• 5.0 mm (US H) crochet hook
• Tapestry needle
• Scissors
• Measuring tape
• Stitch markers or pins
• 4 buttons (3 cm / 1.2") for the short cardigan
