My patterns are available in a downloadable PDF format. You can easily view and print them from your computer or mobile device.

3. Do you offer refunds or exchanges on crochet patterns?

Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. However, if you have any trouble downloading, please contact my customer support for assistance.

4. Are the patterns suitable for beginners?
I offer a range of patterns suitable for different skill levels. Look for patterns labeled "Suitable for Beginners" if you're just starting out. I also provide detailed instructions to help you get started

5. Can I sell items I have made with your crochet patterns?
Yes! that's allowed. However, the pattern may not be sold or forwarded under any circumstances. The pattern is officially registered and copyrighted. You can do whatever you want with your completed crochet creation, stating the designer and name of the pattern.

After completing your purchase you will receive an email with a download link to your pattern. You can also log into your CROJENNIFER CROCHET PATTERNS account to access your purchased patterns at any time.
